Notetube | AI Study Assistant is run by Pritesh Kanani (“the creator”), using Pullsy Store for the storefront. Pullsy Store is run by Acasa Labs (OPC) Private Limited, which provides the software and does not offer anything on this page.

Who looks after your details

The creator, Pritesh Kanani, is responsible for the details you give on this storefront and decides how they are used. Pullsy Store (Acasa Labs (OPC) Private Limited) stores and processes them on the creator’s behalf, and only to run this storefront.

What is collected

• Your name and email address.
• What you got here, and when: a download, a booking, a webinar seat, a request.
• Your answers to any questions the creator asks, such as the brief for a request.

Nothing here is charged, so no card, UPI or bank details are ever asked for or collected.

Why

To give you what you asked for, send your confirmation email, and contact you about it. If you signed up for the creator’s emails, the creator may also write to you. Your details are not sold, and Pullsy Store does not market to you.

The service providers Pullsy Store uses to host the storefront, store files and send email, listed by category in Pullsy Store’s privacy policy.

How long

For as long as the creator needs them to give you what you asked for, or, if you signed up for their emails, until you ask them to stop.
