Everything sold here is digital or happens online. There are no physical goods, no postage and no shipping charges.

How each thing reaches you

• Digital downloads are ready the moment you pay: on your receipt page, and in a confirmation email with a link back to it. The receipt page keeps working, so you can download again later.

If it has not arrived
