Refunds and cancellations

Secret of Curls is sold by Priya Pansuriya (“the seller”), using Pullsy Store for its storefront and checkout. Pullsy Store is run by Acasa Labs (OPC) Private Limited and is not the seller of anything on this page.

Refunds

Because what is sold here is digital and reaches you straight away, purchases are not refundable once delivered. The exceptions: if what you received is not what the product page described, or you cannot get to it, write to priya.d.pansuriya@gmail.com and the seller will put it right or refund you.

Always

• If the seller cancels something you paid for, you are refunded in full.
• If you paid and nothing was delivered, you are refunded in full.

How a refund reaches you

Refunds go back to the card, UPI account or bank you paid with, through Razorpay. Once the seller has approved one, it usually lands within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank.
