Terms of sale

Desi Arpit is sold by Desii Arpit (“the seller”), using Pullsy Store for its storefront and checkout. Pullsy Store is run by Acasa Labs (OPC) Private Limited and is not the seller of anything on this page.

These terms cover anything you buy on this storefront. By paying, you agree to them and to the seller’s refund policy.

Who you are buying from

Your contract is with the seller, Desii Arpit. Pullsy Store provides the storefront and the checkout software. It is not a party to the sale, not the merchant of record, and does not decide what is sold, at what price, or whether a refund is due.

Paying

Payments are processed by Razorpay and go straight into the seller’s own Razorpay account. Pullsy Store never receives or holds your money. Prices are in Indian rupees and are the full amount you pay; the checkout shows the total before you confirm.

What you receive

Each product’s page says exactly what is included, and the delivery page says how and when it reaches you.

Using what you bought

Downloads, courses and recordings are licensed to you for your own personal use. Please do not resell, share or republish them without the seller’s permission. The seller owns what they made and is responsible for it.

Refunds and cancellations

See the refund policy. Whatever it says, if the seller cancels something you paid for, you are refunded in full.

If something goes wrong

Write to the seller first, at desiiarpit@gmail.com. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have as a consumer under Indian law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the competent courts in India.
