Terms of Use
Effective 21 September 2026 · Last updated 21 September 2026
These terms govern your use of pullsy.store, operated by Acasa Labs (OPC) Private Limited (“we”, “us”). By using the site or applying for early access, you agree to them.
They are short because the site is small: there is no account to open, nothing to buy and no service running yet. A separate agreement will govern the product itself, and you will be asked to accept it before you can use it.
1.What this site is
A description of something we are building, and a form for asking to be among the first to use it. Everything on the page — what the product will do, what it will cost, when it will open — is our current intention, not a commitment, and may change while it is being built.
2.Applying for early access
- Tell us the truth. Apply as yourself, about a business that is actually yours.
- Use an email address you control. It is where a receipt goes now and an invitation may go later, and we take mail sent to it as coming from you.
- We choose who to invite, and we may decline, delay or stop the early-access programme entirely without giving reasons.
- An invitation may carry conditions — a limited period, a capped number of users, a feature set still being finished.
You can ask us to delete your application at any time by writing to support@pullsy.store. See the Privacy Policy for what we hold and for how long.
3.Acceptable use
While using this site, do not:
- submit applications automatically, in bulk, or on someone else’s behalf without their say-so;
- work around the bot check, rate limits or any other protection on the form;
- scrape, probe, overload or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or the systems behind it;
- copy the page’s content or design to pass it off as your own; or
- use the site for anything unlawful, or in a way that breaks a law that applies to you.
We may block access from any source that does one of these, without notice.
4.About the money we describe
The page says we take no percentage of your sales. That is how we intend to charge, and it is the commitment we expect to make in the product agreement — but pricing is only binding once it is written into that agreement, and payment processing will always be a separate third party with its own fees and its own terms. Nothing on this page waives those.
5.Our intellectual property
The name Pullsy Store, the logo, the copy, the design and the code behind this site belong to us. You may read it, share a link to it, and quote it with attribution. You may not reproduce it, sell it or build a lookalike from it.
6.Warranties and liability
The site is provided as it is
We keep it up and accurate as best we can, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that anything described on it will be built, priced or released as described. To the maximum extent the law allows, we exclude all implied warranties.
What we are liable for
We do not exclude liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything else that cannot be excluded under Indian law. Beyond that, and because this site is free and nothing is being sold through it, we are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost business opportunity, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it, and our total liability is limited to ₹1,000.
7.Third-party services and links
The site links to Acasa Labs’s other product at getpullsy.com, and depends on providers for hosting, bot protection, email and — with your consent — analytics. Their terms and privacy policies govern what they do, and we are not responsible for the content of any site we link to.
8.Changes
We may update these terms as the product takes shape. The date at the top is the version you are reading; continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it. If a change matters to people already on the waitlist, we will email them.
9.Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The competent courts in India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. Before filing anything, write to contact@pullsy.store — most of what reaches a court could have been settled by an email.
10.General
If a clause is held unenforceable, the rest survives. Not enforcing something once does not waive it. These terms, with the Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between us about this site.
