Connect Razorpay to start selling
Buyers pay into your own Razorpay account, and Razorpay settles the money to your bank. Pullsy never holds it, which is why we take 0% of your sales. Setting this up takes about ten minutes, and then Razorpay reviews your account.

What you need
- Your PANA personal PAN is fine. You do not need a company.
- A bank account in the same nameRazorpay checks the name matches your PAN.
- AadhaarOr a passport or voter ID. You upload it on Razorpay, never on Pullsy.
- A live storefront, with Policies filled inRazorpay checks that pullsy.store/@your-handle is live. Pullsy will not let you connect until it is.

Home → Create a store
Create your storefront
Razorpay verifies your website during KYC, and your website is your storefront. Until one exists, Connect Razorpay is replaced by Create your storefront.
Connecting before the storefront exists fails on Razorpay's page with "We couldn't verify the website".

My store → Policies
Fill in your policies
Add your support email, contact address and refund policy. Pullsy turns them into the contact, terms, refunds, privacy and delivery pages linked at the bottom of your storefront.
Razorpay reviews your storefront before activating your account. Missing policy pages are a common reason for a delay.
- 3
Settings → Payments
Press Connect Razorpay
This takes you to Razorpay's own sign-in page. Pullsy never sees your Razorpay password or your KYC documents.
- 4
Sign in, or create a Razorpay account
What you do on Razorpay's page depends on whether you already have an account:
- You already have Razorpay: sign in and press Allow to let Pullsy take payments into it.
- You are new to Razorpay: create an account. If you have no registered business, choose Individual as your business type.
- When Razorpay asks for your website, give your storefront address. The Payments tab shows it with a Copy button.
- 5
Finish KYC on Razorpay
Razorpay asks for your PAN, bank account and ID. It sends a small test deposit to confirm the bank account.
Razorpay sometimes keeps a new account on its own dashboard after KYC instead of sending you back. If that happens, come back to Settings → Payments and press Connect Razorpay again to finish connecting.

Wait for Razorpay to activate your account
Until Razorpay approves you, the card says Waiting for Razorpay to activate your account. Pullsy checks with Razorpay every hour, so you do not need to do anything. Press Check again if you want to check right now.
While you wait, your storefront is live and free products work. Only paid products are held back.

Taking payments needs the Paid plan (or your free trial). On the Free plan your storefront shares links and free products only. See pricing.
Questions
Why can't Pullsy set up Razorpay for me?
Your merchant account has to be in your own name so the money goes straight to you, not through us. That makes the KYC something between you and Razorpay. Pullsy only gets permission to create orders on your account.
Can Pullsy see my bank details or documents?
No. Your PAN, bank account and ID go to Razorpay only. Pullsy sees your Razorpay account id and name, and the payments made on your storefront.
How long does Razorpay take to activate an account?
It depends on Razorpay's review. Most accounts are reviewed within a few working days. If Razorpay needs more information, it asks in your Razorpay dashboard and by email.
Can I switch to a different Razorpay account?
Yes. Press Connect a different account on the Payments card and sign in with the other one. Past orders keep the account they were paid into.
Do I need GST to connect Razorpay?
No. Razorpay onboards individuals on a PAN. Whether you need GST depends on how much you sell. See GST for creators.
