Getting started with Pullsy Store

Six steps from sign-up to a storefront that can take money. Most of it takes about fifteen minutes; Razorpay's review is the only wait.

    Create your account

    Sign up with Continue with Google, or with your name, email and a password. With email, open the link in the confirmation email to get in.

    Home → Create a store

    Create your storefront

    Pick a Handle and a Store name.

    • The handle is your address: pullsy.store/@your-handle. Lowercase letters, numbers and hyphens.
    • The store name is what buyers see at the top of your page.

    Creating your first storefront starts your 14-day free trial with everything included, payments too. After that, it moves to the Free plan unless you subscribe.

    Choose your handle carefully. It cannot be changed later.

    Make it yours

    Four tabs set up your storefront:

    • Store: your display name, bio, social links and the products on your page.
    • Design: theme, accent colour, background and font.
    • Landing pages: products with their own address and no row on your storefront, for a story, an ad or a caption.
    • Policies: your support email and refund policy. Pullsy writes your contact, terms, refunds, privacy and delivery pages from them.

    Fill in Policies before you connect Razorpay. Razorpay reviews these pages before it activates your account.

    Add your first product

    Choose what you are selling:

    • Digital download, 1:1 session, Webinar, Membership or Custom request, to sell.
    • Link or Email capture, to share for free or grow your list.

    Nothing appears on your page until you press Publish. Save as draft keeps it private while you work on it.

    Settings → Payments

    Connect Razorpay

    Buyers pay into your own Razorpay account, so a paid product can only go on sale once it is connected and activated. Free products work without it.

    Publish and share your link

    Publish your product, then put pullsy.store/@your-handle in your Instagram bio. Orders appear in Income, buyers in Customers.

If a product will not publish

  • Your storefront is on the Free plan, which can't take payments

    What it means
    Your trial has ended and this storefront is on Free.
    What to do
    Make the product free, or upgrade the storefront in Settings → Billing.

  • Connect your Razorpay account in Settings → Payments

    What it means
    No Razorpay account is connected yet.
    What to do
    Follow Connect Razorpay.

  • Razorpay has not activated your account yet

    What it means
    You are connected, and Razorpay is still reviewing your account.
    What to do
    Finish anything Razorpay asks for. Pullsy checks every hour and lets you sell once it is approved.

  • The Free plan allows 5 live products

    What it means
    Free storefronts can have 5 products on the page and 5 landing pages.
    What to do
    Unpublish one, or upgrade the storefront for unlimited products.

Analytics and Auto-DM

Both come with the Paid plan, or with a Pullsy analytics plan on your organization. Auto-DM answers Instagram comments with your link.

Questions

Can I have more than one storefront?

Yes. Each storefront has its own plan, and they can share one Razorpay account because they belong to the same organization.

Can I change my handle later?

No. Your handle is the address in every link you have shared, so it is fixed once the storefront exists. You can change the store name any time.

Does Pullsy take a cut of my sales?

No, 0% on every plan. Razorpay charges its own payment fee on each sale.
