Pullsy Store vs TagMango
TagMango's free plan takes 10% of everything you sell, and buying that down to zero costs ₹30,000 a month. Pullsy Store charges a flat ₹799 a month and takes no share of any sale at any volume. On ₹1,00,000 of monthly sales, that is a difference of about ₹9,200 a month.

TagMango is a real product with real customers, and its commission is the reason most of them eventually go looking. The structure is the same one every Indian creator platform uses: a free tier that takes a tenth of everything, and a ladder of subscriptions that buys the tenth down.
The ladder works. It just costs ₹30,000 a month to reach the top of, and at that point you are paying more in subscription than most creators earn. Everything below the top rung means a percentage comes off every sale for as long as you stay.
Pullsy Store does not have the ladder. There is one plan, it is ₹799 a month, and the share of your sales it takes is zero on the first rupee and zero on the ten-millionth.
What TagMango charges 🧾
| TagMango plan | What it costs | What it takes of a sale |
|---|---|---|
| Basic | ₹0/month | 10% (includes Indian payment gateway) |
| Pro | ₹5,000/month + GST | 5.5% (includes Indian payment gateway) |
| Advanced | ₹15,000/month + GST | 3.5% (includes Indian payment gateway) |
| Ultimate | ₹30,000/month + GST | 0% commission, 1.5% gateway |
What Pullsy Store charges 🏪
₹799 a month, and 0% of every sale. There is no second plan, no volume tier and no rate that improves if you negotiate — there is nothing to negotiate about. Payments settle through a merchant account in your own name, so the gateway's charge is yours and ours is ₹799.
The difference, on real numbers 🧮
| You sold, in a month | TagMango takes | Pullsy Store takes | You keep |
|---|---|---|---|
| ₹25,000 | ₹2,500 (Basic) | ₹799 | +₹1,701 |
| ₹50,000 | ₹5,000 (Basic) | ₹799 | +₹4,201 |
| ₹1,00,000 | ₹10,000 (Basic) | ₹799 | +₹9,201 |
| ₹3,00,000 | ₹21,500 (Pro) | ₹799 | +₹20,701 |
| ₹10,00,000 | ₹30,000 (Ultimate) | ₹799 | +₹29,201 |
TagMango is the cheaper of the two until you sell about ₹8,000 in a month. Past that it never is again, and the gap grows with every sale you make.
Where TagMango is the better choice 🤝
- Live cohorts, batches and a mobile app for your learners are all first-class, not bolted on.
- A branded iOS and Android app is available as a paid add-on — genuinely useful if your audience lives in an app rather than a browser.
- Its commission includes the payment gateway, so the headline number is the whole number.
If you run live cohorts with batches, attendance and a proper learner app, TagMango does things this product does not attempt. It is a course platform with a storefront attached; Pullsy Store is a storefront with course delivery attached. If your product is a six-week programme with sixty people in it, that difference is not a detail.
The difference that is not a percentage
Most platforms in this market are the merchant. The buyer pays them, their provider settles to their account, and you are paid afterwards on a schedule they publish.
On Pullsy Store you are the merchant. A five-minute verification — PAN, Aadhaar, a bank account in your own name — leaves you holding your own merchant account, and the payment gateway settles to your bank directly, on its own cycle. We never hold the money, which means we could not delay it if we wanted to.
Worth asking before you move 🤔
Does TagMango really charge 10%?
On its Basic plan, yes — TagMango's pricing page lists 10% including the Indian payment gateway. The rate falls to 5.5% on Pro at ₹5,000 a month, 3.5% on Advanced at ₹15,000, and 0% only on Ultimate at ₹30,000 a month plus GST.
Can I move an existing course off TagMango?
Your course files and your buyer list are yours. Moving means re-uploading the content and telling your audience the new link — the awkward part is usually active subscriptions, which have to be re-authorised on the new mandate rather than transferred.
Which is cheaper for a beginner?
TagMango, until you sell about ₹8,000 in a month. Its free plan costs nothing when nothing sells, and 10% of a small number is a small number. Past roughly ₹8,000 of monthly sales, the flat ₹799 is the cheaper of the two and stays cheaper forever.
